2. Eligibility and Website Use
You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to enter into a purchase agreement. Information supplied when ordering must be accurate and sufficient to process the transaction.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or checkout, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use payment details without authorization.
3. Product Information
Review the product description for measurements, materials, supplied components and any care or installation requirements before ordering. Images do not establish an unstated specification.
Furniture, accessories, cushion inserts and mounting hardware shown in styled images are included only when expressly identified in the listing. Lighting and screen settings may affect displayed colors, but this does not remove rights relating to goods that are materially different from their description.
4. Prices and Payment
Review the price, currency, delivery charge and any taxes collected by the store before submitting payment. Payment methods are available only when displayed for your order at checkout.
Your payment provider may apply conversion rates or other charges under its own terms. We do not control charges independently imposed by that provider.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of that request and does not, by itself, resolve availability, verification issues or an obvious listing error.
We will communicate acceptance or any issue affecting fulfillment. A materially different item or price will not be substituted without your agreement. If a paid order cannot proceed, amounts due back will be refunded without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline.
6. Delivery and Order Changes
Available delivery services and any specific estimates are provided for the purchase. Processing time and transit time are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Contact service@tessavryn.com promptly to request an address correction, order change or cancellation. What can be changed depends on fulfillment status and applicable rights. A request is not itself confirmation that a change has been completed.
7. Returns and Product Problems
Contact us about an item that is damaged, incorrect, faulty or materially different from its description. We will assess the circumstances and explain the appropriate remedy and handling instructions.
A voluntary change-of-mind return is governed by any offer expressly made for the purchase. Mandatory consumer rights apply independently of voluntary offers and are not excluded by these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Original branding, text, imagery and other protected content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Commercial reproduction or exploitation requires the necessary authorization unless permitted by law.
Third-party names or marks remain the property of their owners. Their display does not itself establish endorsement or sponsorship.
9. Third-Party Services
Payment, delivery and other functions may involve independent service providers. Their terms may apply to the particular service you select.
The involvement of a third party does not remove obligations that remain ours as the seller under applicable law.
10. Availability and Responsibility
Website access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or security measures. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, contractual obligations or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are intended to operate under Hong Kong law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to the customer.
You may contact us to seek an informal resolution of a concern. Doing so is not a condition of exercising a non-excludable legal right or using a competent court or dispute process.
12. Changes to These Terms
Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law. A later version does not automatically replace the terms governing an existing purchase.
Where consent or additional notice is required for a material change, publication alone will not substitute for that requirement.
