Help with an Order
To help us identify your purchase, include:

Delivery or Product Problems
If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item, explain what happened and provide the available order or tracking details.
Photographs of an affected item or packaging can help, but do not delay reporting a concern simply because photographs are unavailable.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address, change an order or request cancellation.
